Alain is Vice President Human Resources for Hyatt International based in Lausanne, in charge of Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He joined Hyatt International 24 years ago after having worked for 2 years for Sheraton. Since he started with his company, Alain Schauder opened over 15 hotels around his division, and he followed an Executive Programme at Kellog University in Chicago. Alain Schauder is an alumni from the EHL.
