He led the International Division of Staefa Control System for twenty years and conducted the building management of hotels worldwide. His books “Hotel Technical Management” and “Upgrade your Hotel!” show the importance of modern integrated hotel room management solutions. He was also Hotel Marketing Director at Siemens during eight years. Jacques leads his own consultancy in Zürich since 2002. He is a worldwide hospitality lecturer at International Hotels Schools and Hospitality Congresses.
